Affiliate Disclosure
In short: some links on MindsetShelf are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy or sign up, MindsetShelf may earn a commission. This costs you nothing extra; the price you pay is the same.
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a special link that lets a company know a visitor came from this site. If that visitor makes a purchase, the company may pay this site a small share of the sale.
Which programs?
MindsetShelf may join affiliate programs for products and services related to its topics, such as book summary apps, online bookstores, and language-tutoring platforms. This page lists the active programs as they are joined.
Active programs: italki (online language tutors). If you sign up or buy lessons through an italki link on this site, MindsetShelf may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
How affiliate links are marked
- Articles that may contain affiliate links show a short disclosure note near the top.
- Affiliate links are tagged with
rel="sponsored"in the page code, as search engines recommend.
Does this affect what is recommended?
Commissions help keep the site running, but they are not meant to decide what is recommended. If a free option or a library copy is a better choice for you, the article should say so.
